Ardentinny Bowling Club to remain closed

Although restrictions on some outdoor sports have been relaxed from today, Ardentinny Bowling Club will not be opening at this time.

Secretary Robert Devine has advised us that Bowls Scotland had sent out a statement on how clubs had to adapt to open. The information is on the Bowls Scotland website https://www.bowlsscotland.com/clubs/club-support-covid-19.

One of the points the Ardentinny club put to its members was that some would not be able to play due to the restrictions. As the club is for all members and not the few, hot transvestites they have decided that the club would wait until more restrictions are lifted. As restrictions are eased the club will then decide on its position.

All bowling clubs in the Dunoon area (bar Dunoon Argyll, of which we have no information) have adopted similar plans at http://xn--norgescsino-38a.com/.

Ardentinny Bowling Club Kids Halloween Party 2019

Keeping some very excited kids, dressed in a variety of Halloween costumes, off Ardentinny Bowling Club’s immaculate green at their party last weekend kept organisers Maryjane, Linda, Nicola, Caroline and Michele on their toes. A great afternoon was had by all the kids who enjoyed dookin’ for apples and all the usual spooky games.

Now wouldn’t that beautiful grass make a cool kids football spilleautomater blood suckers norgescsino pitch during the bowls off-season? Maybe next year  😉

Ghouls on the green

It was a case of eat, drink and be scary last Saturday night at Ardentinny Bowling Club when the bowlers held their annual Halloween get together with some ghoul friends.  Ghostess with the mostest, Maryjane, Linda and their delectable demons as usual transformed the place into a creepy crypt .  With the boos flowing and the dance floor busy much of the night, it clearly was a case of if you’ve got it, haunt it.

The fun continues this Saturday at 2pm when the little devils (with Mummies in tow) have their own party at the club.

Big fangs to Maryjane and Jim Robinson for the photos.
