On paddle steamer Waverley’s penultimate cruise of the season up Loch Long today, it was good to hear, as part of the excellent on-board commentary, a mention of Glenfinart Walled Garden and its inclusion in the latest episode of the BBC’s Beechgrove Garden. This was in addition to the usual references to Harry Lauder’s song “O’er the Hill to Ardentinny” and Coulport. Excellent that Waverley is keeping its visitor information up-to-date.
